Can you make a custom topper for me?

How far ahead should I order my topper?
Turnaround time is usually 1 - 2 weeks. You also need to account for the shipping time, which varies depending on your location. If you are placing your order very close to your party date, we suggest contacting us before ordering to see if we may be able to rush your order and to discuss shipping upgrade options.
When will I get my topper?
We will make your topper as soon as possible, but no later than 2 weeks after you have placed your order. Shipping time varies from 1-4 weeks, depending on location. You can check estimated shipping times here.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
How is my order packaged?
Each topper is carefully wrapped in food grade foil, bubble wrap and packaged in a box with packing peanuts. Your satisfaction is our priority and we take the utmost care to prevent any damage during transport. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee how the post will handle your package. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible to determine what would be the best solution.
How should I store my topper if I don't need it right away?
If you don't need your toppers right away, just leave them in the original packaging at room temperature. Keep the toppers away from direct light, moisture and heat. Sunlight won't damage them, but the colors will slowly fade. Do not refrigerate. If you do, moisture can gather on the surface once you bring it back to room temperature. If you have nevertheless refrigerated your topper or if it has come into contact with any moisture, just leave it to dry completely and avoid touching it until it does.
